If your doctor indicates that there is an abnormality then you could the subject explore further. However, if you are anatomically normal, it would reassure you and there would be no need to search further.

From : From an embryological perspective, the external male and female genitalia start out the same. As a male fetus develops, the tissue that would otherwise form the vagina and the labia (the lips) fuse to form the penis and scrotum. As a result, all men have a dark line that runs along the underside of the penis, across the midline of the scrotum, and to the anus. Yes, you have "fused female genitals, " and that is entirely normal.
