I have hard white bumps inside my vagina and they have always been there. is there something wrong with me? i don't have any abnormal itching or irritation. i have chunky discharge sometimes but its nothing new.

If : If they have always been there and are not changed, it may be where your meibomian glands are (glands in the vagina). As long as they have always been like that and aren't changing then that is no problem. If you get new areas you are worried about, or get redness, pain, or swelling, then you would need to be evaluated.
