It : It is difficult to say. There are some people who don't tend to be very emotionally reactive. Not getting angry might be normal if you are one of those people. It is actually beneficial if you don't get angry over small things ("don't sweat the small stuff"). However, if you don't get angry in the face of major, unjust, life changing events that might be a different matter. Some people who have faced many traumas may have developed emotional numbness.
