I : I cannot diagnose what is wrong. However there are a couple of possibilities that come to mind. If the glasses fit too snuggly against the side of your skull, you may be reacting by tensing muscles in the scalp if you are stressed or intensly focused and you tend to tense the muscles in your upper back and neck, this can lead to a tension headache. If your glasses fit too tightly, this is something that is easily addressed. If you find that the muscles in your neck and upper back are tense, consider deep breathing exercises or progressive relaxation as ways to better relax.

If : If the pain goes to the ear or scalp, it might be related to your temporomandibular joint or jaw joint. For this softer food, warm compresses and a non-steroidal anti inflammatory medication like Motrin may help. If the pain is made worse by light or sound and preceded by spotted lights or changes in vision, smell, or hearing, that may signify migraine. Finally, muscular pain can occur in the sternocleidomastoid muscle due to strain caused by activities that you do only when wearing the glasses and don't do when they are off. Hope you feel better.
