You : You need an exam to determine what kind of infection you have. You could either have an outer ear infection (also known as swimmer's ear) or you could have a middle ear infection with a burst ear drum causing the sudden drainage. Since both of those need antibiotic treatment, you should go see a doctor. Good luck!
