Chlamydia : Chlamydia test has become more sophisticated and accuracy is high. If the test is positive to be on safe side i would recommend you get treated asap. For your safety. Good luck with the pregnancy.

You have it: Testing today relies on finding the genes of the chlamydia in urine or a swab. They are found if the germ is present, not because other things are going on at the same time.
