It : It is not entirely clear what you are asking. Not all "women's" health issues have to be addressed at a health clinic that is specifically for women. Many family practice doctors and general physicians delivery babies. Many obstetricians (doctors that care for pregnant women) work in obstetrics departments. Regardless of which type of clinic you receive your care from, you should be followed by an appropriate health professional throughout your pregnancy.
