Return: You may have hyperemesis related to your pregnancy. You may need more IV fluids and medication to help with vomiting. I hope the baby is safe and a urinary tract infection was ruled out. All the best. In my prayers.

Consider UTI: In may cases, people do experience lower back pain in early pregnancy. However, there are other conditions which may be serious. Urinary infections are increased in pregnancy. They most likely did check a urinalysis; if not, this does need to be checked. An infection in the uterus is another cause, and a pelvic exam is necessary to evaluate for this. In some cases a pregnancy in tube may bleed.

Kidney stones: go back to the hospital and get checked for a kidney stone or infection. You will need a renal ultrasound and CT scan.
