Not good at all.: First thing is to make sure that the bowel is not full of feces. You should stop the feeding for now. Patient may have obstruction or ileus. There needs to be imaging for example abdominal flat plate or ct scant abdomen. If no ileus or obstruction, no feces, perhaps Reglan (metoclopramide) and slowing down the tube feeding may help. Most importantly, see GI specialist.
