A FEW DAYS: After laparoscopic gall bladder removal, you can resume sexual activity once you are comfortable. This should be within 3-4 days to a week, but will vary from each person. Good luck.

Usually we say 4-6: Weeks is a safe bet. Check with your surgeon to be sure there are no other extenuating circumstances that would alter this advice.
