Tylenol (acetaminophen) : Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen would be the recommended oral pan medication for her. It would also be reasonable to rest the knee, apply an ace wrap for support and use an ice pack. Best wishes.

Keep : Keep it simple i.E tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil or the like in addition to rest, ice, compression and elevation (so-called rice). Best of luck.
