This : This is the way we describe how your bone density compares with average people your age and sex. Anything less than -2.5 is considered the disease osteoporosis. Scores between -1.0 and -2.5 is osteopenia. There are treatment options in both categories. The most important thing you can do for your bone health is to stay active.
