Radiation and chemo: Assuming gbm is glioblastoma, unfortunately, surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy are the only modalities that have been tested. Radiation must be used very carefully in children, because of the side effects. If those fail, you might consider entering an experimental new drug protocol at a major medical center or childrens hospital.
