What is this little white thing sticking out of my anus after eliminating? it goes back in on it's own about 20 seconds after elimination. no pain, sometimes bleeding. when i push it's a small little white lump that sticks out.

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with a hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids can be internal and/or external; you may have an internal one that comes out when you push while having a bowel movement. Regardless you need to have an examination by a medical provider to make a diagnosis and provide treatment. Best of luck.

Probably: What we call a prolapsing hypertrophic anal papilla. These are normal structures that have become enlarged and prolapse out when straining. As yo know they can bleed and be painful;. See a colorectal surgeon for recommendations on how to best manage this.
