Spiriva : Spiriva handihaler's typical use is to inhale contents of one capsule once a day. You need to get a firm diagnosis of copd. If not done already you can have pulmonary function tests done to help make the diagnosis. A referral to a pulmonologist may be in order. Good luck.

COPD: Recommended dosing of spiriva is one inhalation once daily. Tudorza is also an anticholinergic inhaler and can be used 2 times daily-1 inhalation each time.
