It : It is very important that you use spiriva as directed by your primary care provider. Spiriva is usually administered every 30 days from the pharmacy. It would be good to connect with your doctor to advise him/her that the inhaler is less effective and allow him/her to determine a better treatment plan. Do talk to your doctor before increasing your intake of spiriva.

COPD : No-spiriva is a once a day inhaler (one inhalation once daily). You need to speak to your doctor. Perhaps there are additional COPD medications that can be added to your regimen to help better control your symptoms.
