Amoxicillin : Amoxicillin does not treat gonorrhea. You need a different antibiotic. Often, people with gonorrhea have other sexually transmitted diseases, also, so your should see a doctor and be checked. I attached the center for disease control website on gonorrhea below for more info.

Proper treatment : You should be placed on a different antibiotic. Gonorrhea is treated with Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin, usually in single doses. This also treats possible concomitant chlamydia.
