Does having heavy menstrual bleeding make me more likely to have a brain bleed?

No: No, heavy menstrual bleeding does not mean that you are more likely to have a brain bleed. Some people have disorders that prevent them from forming clots. These people can have heavier menses and if they have a brain bleed, they may be at risk for larger bleeds and worse outcomes.
