No: No. There is no link between the two. Prolactin has no relationship with breast cancer.

Unclear: There are reports that women with higher prolactin levels were associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. However the cause and effect is not completely understood. Among postmenopausal women, prolactin levels were higher among hormone users and lower among obese women. Meaning higher prolactin levels might be associated with already known risk factors for developing breast cancer.
