Many: Bromocriptine is another drug that is used to treating prolactinoma. Pergolide and quinagolide are two other drugs for prolactinoma but they are not/no longer available in the US. Transphenoidal surgery and radiation are other treatment options for prolactinoma but only if the drugs above do not effectively treat the disorder. Medication is the treatment of choice for prolactinoma.

Bromocriptine: Bromocriptine. If side effects intolerable, trans-sphenoidal surgical resection still an option.
