Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, psoriasis is an inflammatory skin condition and will not improve with a chemical peel. Options for psoriasis include topical anit-inflammatory creams and ointments, light therapy, oral immunosuppressants, and a new class of therapy called "biologics" that are self-injected. There are many good, effective options so i would recommend you see your local dermatologist who can walk you through some options based on your clinical picture of psoriasis.
