Need to keep cream on your entire body for 24 hrs....after that time pd, you may work out in heat. Pkg insert may state 12 hrs, but I feel it is wise to keep on for 24 hrs to avoid reinfection. Also suggest that you treat all close contacts on same day with this top treatment to avoid re-contagion from one another.
