If : If you have itching or discomfort it might be a yeast infection. If you are sexually active, then you should be tested for gonorrhea or chlamydia. Please call a clinic and ask to be seen. There are people who will help you and it is important to get this checked.

Vaginal discharge: Any new or unexplained vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. "Creamy white" suggests infection, especially an STD if you are sexually active. You need to find a way to see a doctor or clinic: if an STD, could be dangerous to delay (e.g. infertile, no babies in your future). There are clinics that can help, low cost and without your parents knowing. Call health dept, or ask school nurse
