I'm : I'm assuming you are using this for nasal rinses? If so, the recipe is: 3 heaping teaspoons of non-iodized salt such as pickling or canning salt 1 rounded teaspoon of baking soda mix together and store in airtight container you can take 1 teaspoon of this salt/soda mixture and dissolve it in 1 cup of distilled or boiled tap water. (if you are using boiled tap water, make sure the water is cool before you use it.) if you experience burning or stinging, use less of the salt/soda mixture.
