What : What is the diagnosis that was told to you by all the doctors you have seen? What medication was prescribed? Vaginal "secretion" or discharge is typically not a sign of cervical cancer. A pap smear detects cervical changes including cancer, so if you have not had one this year, i recommend you get one. Back to the discharge. Have you been tested for std's? Vaginal cultures done? Please reply with the answers to my questions and a description of the discharge and any associated symptoms (odor, irritation, itching). Hope to hear from you soon.

Pap test done?: Was a pap test done? if so, was the result negative or positive? Both of those questions will give you a clue about early cervical cancer. You don't say what condition was being treated with the medications. There is a rare condition in which Fallopian tube cancer starts with a "watery" vaginal discharge. Please see a GYN MD if you haven't done so already and have the appropriate testing done.
