I : I can understand why you are concerned. I am glad that he had blood tests, please be sure that his complete blood count and electrolytes are normal. If it continues, he may need an MRI to evaluate his head and spine. If this continues please get re-evaluated; it sounds like it has been frustrating so far but if his symptoms continue then you must seek out treatment again. He should also get a strep test as strep infections can cause abnormal muscle movements (you can read about pandas syndrome).
