GAIN WEIGHT!!!!: I suspect the cause of these pains may not be identified, but, in my view, they are related to altered metabolism due to your severe underweight condition which is life-threatening. Do not waste any more time trying to figure out why these things hurt: just do everything you can, including considering hospitalization for nutrition/eating treatment, to gain weight. I'm serious..this is serious!
