Bath : Bath towels harbor skin cells and the bacteria that feed off of them. Towels should be cleaned after 3 uses and should be hung unfolded to air dry. A towel that is bunched, folded up or laid on a surface will stay damp much longer and bacteria will multiply.

Towel : Can you clarify your question? is this related to a health concern? Drying a towel on the bed may allow them to pick up microbes or dry slowly collecting fungus, which can spread to the skin if used.

How safe is it to wear underwear straight out of the package before washing them first?

Not great: While it probably won't kill you, it's always a better idea to wash brand new clothing prior to wearing it. Many chemicals are used in the manufacture and packaging of clothing that can cause irritant and allergic reactions, typically rashes. I recommend washing all items of clothing prior to first wearing them.

Yes: Any fruit, organic or not, can be cleaned and then frozen for later use. Once frozen, they are safe from any contamination although they might get freezer burn (which is a form of drying out) if kept too long.

Yes: I would not trust any packaged (or fresh produce) for that matter - even if organic. People touch them, they get shipped all over, chemicals added, etc. Best to wash them before consuming.

What does it mean when when bronchial wash is given as specimen and reports are as follows?

Used for diagnosis: A bronchial wash is a way of retriving cells and micro organisms that are related to a lung condition associated with an illness.
They are obtained during bronchoscopy and sent to the lab for cell analysis and cultures.
They can be very helpfull in diagnosis avoiding an open lung biopsy.
