If : If you are having trouble breathing (dyspnea), then you need to have a complete medical evaluation. Things to observe and tell your doctor: if you are having fever or cough, if you are having any chest pain, if you have sore throat or other symptoms, if you have been around anyone who is ill, and if you have any leg pain or swelling. Please be medically evaluated for your shortness of breath.

No way to tell: While yawning is not a classic sign of an infection, your trouble breathing could be. Why not ask your doctor? Hope this helps!
