First, : First, you should try to call your insurance plan and ask if they have a list of doctors that take your insurance (most of them can provide this). If this does not work, you can try looking into physicians working for a university health center near you such as cornell or suny syracuse. They often take all insurances. An urgent care or emergency room would be unlikely to help in this situation.
