Hard to say: One of the simpler reasons for night terrors is inadequate restorative sleep. NT,sleep walking and sleep talking can all reflect a long term sleep deficit. Just getting into a better sleep pattern, with as little as 30 min/night of more sleep may decrease the frequency or end it.
