While : While most dermal fillers are temporary, there is one fda approved dermal filler, artefill, that is potentially permanenet. Generally speaking however, expression lines on the forehead and the crow's feet area are best treated with neurotoxin injections Botox ® or Dysport ®. These are effective and extremely safe procedures when done appropriately. In select cases, very superficial fillers like restylane® or juvederm® can soften deeper lines in these areas, but only as a secondary procedure. Typically, these fillers are temporary, and last about 6-9 months.

Fillers and botox: Most fillers are temporary, but the problems you describe are usually treated with neurotoxins like Botox or dysport. These last about 3 months but help the forehead lines and crows feet the best.

See Plastic Surgeon: The forehead ; lateral eye areas are usually best addressed by surgery if you are looking at longer term results. The shorter term results can be achieved by muscle paralytics like Botox /xeomin/dysport rather than fillers. If you do need fillers then clear, non-permanent fillers are best if used around eyes.Fat grafting is not appropriate for crows feet. See a plastic surgeon for appropriate advice.

Fillers and botox: Fillers work by filling in and neurotoxins work by blocking muscle action. The crowsfeet rap round the eyes and the lines that form on the forehead are a result of muscle movement. A neurotoxin is a better choice for choice but it is not permanent.
