I have a sharp constant pain directly behind my right ear lobe, and small bites. what could this be? should i be worried? the pain feels like a sharp stabbing electric pain, and there are what appears to be small bug bites behind my ear in the same genera

One : One possibility that i would be concerned with is shingles. Pain and red raised "dots" or vesicles can represent shingles. I would also be worried about a bacterial infection such as mrsa. I would recommend having this medically evaluated immediately.

How long?: If this is recent, shingles come into mind.
