Yes, it is.: "tylenol (acetaminophen) 3" which includes 30mg Codeine however is not a trivial drug, & it will not help mood problems. Still, for significant, short-term pain for which a competent dr prescribes tylenol (acetaminophen) 3, there is no reason to suspect that also taking your regular dose of zoloft would be a problem. Hope your pain resolves quickly.
