Abdominal pain: Many possible etiologies i would recommend a GI evaluation and or seeing a colorectal or general surgeon to run the appropriate diagnostic tests and place you on the correct medical regimen could be as simple as fixing the constipation that is causing your symptoms.

Fiber: You probably need to see your doctor if this has been happening for a awhile (weeks to months). Your doctor will want to know how long this has been happening and what makes it better or worse. For many people just paying attention to what they eat will help. Avoid a lot of soda and stick to water. Try 8 glasses per day. Maintain a high fiber diet. Don't strain on the toilet.
