Your : Your question is a little confusing, in terms of the timeline. That said, i would highly suggest you see your primary doctor about this, as a start. Frankly, the diagnosis of a "lower lumbar fracture" can not be made by simple exam and would require, at the least, basic xrays and possibly other tests. Go see a doctor! good luck!
