Is a symptom: Neurocardiac syncope is "fainting" most commonly benign vasovagal (due to sudden activity of vagus nerve which slows heart rate). Can be due to sudden drop in blood pressureby heart slowing down or blood vessels dilating, neurologic, metabolic, psychiatric (eg anxiety) and cardiac causes. But basically all caused by sudden nerve activity.
