Define: Hi. Please define hypoglycemia. If you're not taking diabetes drugs, true pathological hypoglycemia is vanishingly rare. Did you become confused, lose consciousness, have a seizure? There are rare familial syndromes where pancreatic tumors can occur that cause pathologic hypoglycemia. See an endocrinologist if indicated.

Hypoglycemia: Only exists if you have diabetes and are on an incorrect dose of medication. Otherwise, there is no such thing as hypoglycemia in the absence of end-stage cancer, kidney or liver disease, or prior stomach or GI surgery. The diagnosis of hypoglycemia is made frequently and incorrectly in many people. It is not really hypoglycemia, and not dangerous but a normal body reaction if you're obese.
