Yes: There have been human and animal studies showing that Dipyridamole is safe in pregnancy and when breastfeeding. If you are on this medication, you should continue it until your doctor tells you to stop.

Generally not: Few indications anyhow, but in general avoid all drugs unless specifically prescribed by the OB or pediatrician!
