If : If your bleeding is out of the normal for you, and the bleeding continues past the normal number of days you bleed, then yes there is a possibilty you could be having a miscarriage, or threatening to have a miscarriage. The only way to find out is to schedule a visit with your doctor for a complete evaluation. On the other hand you may just be having a heavier than normal period. Also, you should probably be screened for fibroids, which are benign tumors of the uterus, and commonly cause heavy periods. Good luck.
