Not usually: Mvp is not an uncommon finding, and if cleared by your cardiologist should not Prohibit elective surgery. Often physicians do start patients having elective procedures on an antibiotic course. The extent of symptoms and heart-related limitations must be taken into account in any such surgery.

Not usually: Check with your cardiologist first. Depending on the type of cosmetic surgery a patient with mvp has different risks. If any part of the surgery is through the nose or mouth , an antibiotic treatment is needed. Apure skin approach usually does not require antibiotic treatment.

No: Depending on the severity of the valve prolapse and the extent of the cosmetic surgery, you will probably need clearance from your cardiologist.

Depends on severity: It is not so much the mvp that is the problem as it is the extent of disease and reflux causing associated congestive heart failure or pulmonary hypertension. Exercise tolerance is one indication of this but first obtain a complete cardiac evaluation in anticipation of any surgery.
