Low : Low grade fever can be a sign of early pregnancy. Not everyone experiences this, so to answer your question, yes you can be pregnant and not have a low grade fever. On the other hand low grade fever, especially if it lasts for a while, may may a sign of an infection. If this is the case(prolonged fever) you should inform your doctor right away. Also you can take an early prediction test at this point. Good luck.

HPT: Are you referring to a low body temperature & a low -grade fever? Neither are specific for pregnancy. The most important question is have you been sexually active and missed your period. If that is the case,go ahead and take a home pregnancy test to get your answer. Take care.
