While : While it is unlikely given that you just had the Implanon removed, it would be the right thing to do to check a pregnancy test. It is mots likely that your hormones are adjusting to having the Implanon removed. But with your sympotms, please get a test and check to be sure.

Implanon, : Implanon, like many other forms of contraception, can cause ovulatory and menstrual irregularities for several months following discontinuation, so your symptoms could simply be due to the fact that your normal hormonal balance isn't yet established. However, clinical trials in women using Implanon showed that it's possible to become pregnant within the first week following removal of the implant. In addition, pregnancies that do occur while using Implanon (or shortly after its discontinuation) are more likely to be ectopic (tubal) pregnancies. An ectopic pregnancy can cause vaginal discharge and pelvic pain, and this is a potentially dangerous condition. You can always perform a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy (these tests become positive 7 to 10 days after conception), but i would recommend that you call your doctor for advice first. He/she might want to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Good luck!
