I had my implant removed 8 days ago and havent had a period yet and have like milky discharged could this mean im due to come on or maybe pregnant?

Neither: It takes up to six weeks for a period to occur post implant removal. That is why an alternative contraceptive should be elected once the implant is removed. It is too soon to be pregnant at this point after 8 days post removal.
