Do you also sleep: walk? How do you know you do these things? If these increase in frequency, you may want to see your PCP, and discuss having a referral to a neurologist for further workup and possible sleep study to rule out fugue or other states of consciousness you're in. Am sure they will be able to tell you what your diagnosis is. You don't want to find out you drove or walked somewhere in this state of mind.
