The : The answer is yes. Any possible post-surgical complications should be followed up by the surgeon that performed the surgery if possible. There is a chance that there is a new fissure that's bleeding, or perhaps it's a hemorroid or other lesion in that area. The only way to find out is by having an examination by the surgeon. You should have this checked out right away. Also make sure you are screened for anemia. Good luck.
