The : The answer is yes. Any possible post-surgical complications should be followed up by the surgeon that performed the surgery if possible. There is a chance that there is a new fissure that's bleeding, or perhaps it's a hemorroid or other lesion in that area. The only way to find out is by having an examination by the surgeon.
