If : If you are bloating to the point where you appear pregnant and are experiencing drastic weight changes with fatigue, it is prudent to see your doctor to investigate this. Also, think back at your dietary intake. If you eat a diet that is high in sodium, this causes water retention. See your doctor about healthy life styles, investigate this fatigue/weight fluctuation and bloating. Signs may point to a medical issue related to your liver or kidney function.

Bloat: Your bloating is most likely caused by deposit of new body fat in the abdominal where new weight usually accumulates. In addition, weakening of abdominal musculature plays a role in a bloated appearance.
