See a doctor: If the pain has been there for several years you should see a good primary care provider to have a full history taken and a good physical examination. At that point a rational diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plan can be developed.

Further w/u essentia: BLOATING is an uncomfortable swelling Abd., is often triggered by particular foods or eating habits. However, sometimes it’s not so harmless, and can be a symptom of IBS, coeliac disease and even ovarian cancer.it can also be triggered by chewing gum, drinking fizzy drinks or being constipated. BLOATING with severe cramping, diarrhea and constipation associated ,for long duration could be IBS
