I am 18 and i constantly feel bloated after eating even if it's a light meal and bloating lasts a couple of hours then debloat by itself however there is no pain accompanied with my bloating so is this something to worry about and what should i do?

The commonest cause for bloating is swallowing air. This can result from eating fast, not chewing well or forced belching. If that is not the reason you have to consult a stomach specialist.
