The : The best case scenario would be a benign tumor otherwise known as a fibroid. There are many treatment options for fibroids, especially options that would preserve her fertility (ability to carry a child). The worse case scenario would be a cancerous lesion. Even if it is cancerous there are many treatment options, however the chances that she will be able to preserve her fertility are less because a hysterectomy may be necessary. Wishing her good luck.

Please have the patient contact their physician in order to create a diagnosis and treatment plan. Statistically, this is a benign uterine fibroid, but a complete workup is required before the actual diagnosis is known.
